Asparagus w/ Coffee Flour + Shaved Parmesan

These asparagus I really enjoyed with the texture and nutty flavor the coffee flour gave.
A whole new dimension. A dinner party pleaser!


2 generous handfuls of asparagus
1/2 c. shaved Parmesan
1 tsp. coffee flour
1/2 tsp. pink or sea salt
1/2 tsp. coarse cracked pepper
1-2 tbsp. olive oil


  1. Steam the asparagus until al dente.
  2. Place on cookie sheet with olive oil under the broiler until slightly blackened.
  3. In a metal bowl combine all other ingredients with blackened asparagus.
  4. Place on serving dish for all to enjoy
